If you have lost your race pack, it has not arrived, or you have included the wrong address on your entry, you will need to collect a replacement race bib on event weekend to wear during the race. If you registered after Sunday 10 September at midnight, you will also need to collect.
If the correct address details are on your registration, please wait until the morning post on Saturday 30 September 2023. If it has not arrived by then, you will need to come and collect a replacement pack from us.
Instructions for replacement pack collection:
1. CHECK YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THIS EVENT AND THAT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS ON YOUR ENTRY. You can check by logging into MyEvents by clicking here.
2. WHAT WAS YOUR ORIGINAL RACE NUMBER? Login to MyEvents on ACTIVE to check your Cardiff Half registration. The registration summary will confirm what your race number is. You will need this in order to collect a replacement.
3. FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION. You can view all of the information you missed if your posted race pack did not arrive by viewing our race day info page here.
Your replacement pack can be collected from the Event Village on Saturday 30 September (between 08:00 and 14:00) or Sunday 1 October from 07:00.
Please check your original race number, and that you are already registered using the instructions above before coming to collect a replacement pack. We may not be able to issue you with a replacement if you haven’t taken these steps. Having your original race number to hand will also help reduce queuing time, and ensure you make the start of the race.
International Entrant Race Pack Collection
If you are an overseas entrant, your pack will not be posted and you will need to collect it from our Event Village on Cardiff City Hall Lawns. We’ll be open between 08:00 – 16:00 on Saturday and from 07:00 on Sunday (half marathon race day).
Head to the ‘International Race Pack Collection’ section of our Event Information Marquee (on the left hand side).
