Cardiff Half Marathon

The launch of the SuperHalfs Series has been delayed until 2022 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2022 Cardiff race will take place on Sunday 2 October. The 2020 event (rescheduled for March 2022) will not form part of the series.

We are delighted to reveal that Cardiff has joined forces with Lisbon, Prague, Valencia and Copenhagen to form SUPERHALFS – a new international half marathon series!

Five beautiful cities. Five amazing races. One glorious mission. For the fun of running. For the thrill of travel. And the joy of saying ‘I did it!’

It offers running enthusiasts the unique opportunity to embark on their own running adventure whilst being rewarded for their efforts with exclusive benefits and prizes such as guaranteed entry, exclusive merchandise, e-stamps in a virtual passport and a SuperMedal for completing the five-race circuit!

Races have been chosen based on their quality, popularity, location and commitments to sustainability. All hold World Athletics (IAAF) labels whilst Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia have all recently hosted the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships.

Follow SuperHalfs on TwitterFacebook and Instagram for all the latest information and stay tuned for more exciting announcements coming soon.

You “half” to do this!
