The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. The giveaway is organised jointly by Cardiff Airport and Cardiff Half Marathon. The giveaway opens on publication of the Instagram post and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 7 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted. To enter, participants must:
- Follow @cardiff.airport and @cardiffhalf on Instagram
- Tag at least one travel friend in the comments
- Comment with their favourite running destination
Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must tag a different person. Spam or automated entries will not be accepted. The prize package includes:
- One £100 flight voucher for flights booked via Cardiff Airport
- One free entry to the Cardiff Half Marathon
- Free airport parking for the winner’s booked trip using the flight voucher
- Complimentary airport lounge access for the winner’s booked trip using the flight voucher
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Flights are not included as part of the prize beyond the £100 voucher value. Any additional travel costs, accommodation, insurance or personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Airport parking and lounge access are valid only in conjunction with the trip booked using the prize flight voucher and are subject to availability. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on 8 May 2026 via Instagram. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner. By entering, participants agree that their Instagram handle may be used in winner announcement posts and related promotional content. Employees of Cardiff Airport, Run 4 Wales, Cardiff Half Marathon and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
