ARRIVA TRAINS WALES ON TRACK TO BECOME AN OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE LLOYDS BANK CARDIFF HALF MARATHON
Arriva Trains Wales are showing their support to Wales’s largest mass participation event, the Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon, by becoming an official partner of the race. This is the first year that the company have teamed up with Run 4 Wales (the social enterprise behind the Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon), and are already embracing the partnership with over100 Arriva Trains Wales employees expected to participate in the race on Sunday 5th October.
Matt Newman, CEO of Run 4 Wales said: “To have a Welsh company such as Arriva Trains Wales involved in the race is huge for us and we are thrilled to be able to call them an “Official Partner”.
It’s been inspirational to hear how they plan to use the Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon as a vehicle to promote health and wellbeing in the work place – I look forward to seeing a number of Arriva Trains Wales employees participating in the race.”
