We are delighted to confirm that our popular Training Run Series will return for 2019. Free to attend, these events help runners work towards the 13.1-mile distance and meet like-minded people also training for the event in a supportive environment. 

Join us between 6-8pm at Studio 49 on Park Place in Cardiff on Wednesday 17th July for our first ever Yoga & Run Session!

Free to attend (with a donation of £2 to our Lead Charity NSPCC) the evening will be open to 40 people and consist of alternating yoga & running sessions, with attendees split into two groups of 20 runners).

The yoga session will be led by Lisa James of @yogalustco. The 3-mile run will take place on the nearby Taff Trail.

Changing facilities will be available at Studio for £1.

Please bring a yoga mat!


Join us on Wednesday 11th September for a 6 mile run around Cardiff Bay. Starting at 5:45pm, runners will meet at the Norwegian Church for a run across the barrage. Supportive run leaders and a drink station will be provided. There is no charge to enter (aside from a £2 donation to our Leada Charity the NSPCC) and capacity will capped at 200.
