Cardiff Half Marathon

General entry has closed, but places are still available via Barnardo’s and our Gold Charities

Individual entry for the Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon 2016 has now closed.

Missed the deadline? You can still enter exclusively through our official Charity Partner Barnardo’s for the next two weeks (until 25th September) or through one of our Gold Charities for the next seven days (until Sunday 18th September)

Knowing your run has helped others, gives a huge boost to the satisfaction you’ll feel on finishing the race. In 2015 over 1,000 charities and good causes were represented in the Cardiff Half Marathon and over £2.4million raised for good causes.

We encourage you to run for our partner charity Barnardos, who provide you with a fundraising pack, specialist advice and resources, access to their Training Zone and support on the day from the loudest cheering stations at key points around the course.

The following charities have exclusive post-deadline entries available:

  • Barnardo’s
  • Cardiff University
  • Macmillan
  • Cancer UK
  • Cardiff & Vale Health Charity
  • Care & Repair
  • Clic Sargent
  • MS Society
  • Noahs Ark Children Charity
